What you will do

• Lead internal investigations regarding policy violations, ethical concerns, and conflicts of interest.
• Partner with HR and Legal teams to provide technical guidance and ensure high documentation standards.
• Design and facilitate training programs on ethics, the Code of Conduct, and whistleblowing channels.
• Draft and revise internal policies to align Brazilian labor law (CLT) with global corporate guidelines.
• Monitor union-related matters and support general employee relations initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools and GRC technology to increase operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Compliance or ER specialist with a track record in internal investigations.
• Expert knowledge of Brazilian Labor Law (CLT).
• English fluency (Intermediate to Advanced).
• Experience managing sensitive cases via GRC tools or whistleblowing channels.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
