What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and terminations, specifically for Turkey and MEA markets.
• Provide expert consultation on payroll, benefits, and compliance to clients and employees across the region.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Turkish labor laws and employment regulations.
• Handle sensitive employee relations, investigations, and complex operational escalations.
• Coordinate with payroll providers, legal advisors, and immigration vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including process automation and AI adoption within HR operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in EOR, PEO, or multinational environments.
• Fluent Turkish and English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Turkish labor laws and exposure to MEA employment regulations.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations and terminations across multiple countries.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Slack, and Zoom.
• Must be based in Italy.
