What you will do
- Provide operational support to the Labor Relations Director for Works Council meetings, labor audits, and legal policy implementation.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and social security regulations across international hubs.
- Leverage AI tools to analyze collective bargaining agreements and legislative updates to provide faster internal legal guidance.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for assigned international locations, coordinating with external providers.
- Coordinate the administrative employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, leaves, and offboarding.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and resolve employee queries via a ticketing system using AI to improve response quality.
Requirements
- University degree in Labor Relations, Law, or HR.
- 2–4 years of experience in international payroll and operational support in labor relations or legal environments.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- AI literacy with excitement for using LLMs and automation tools to optimize HR and Legal processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HRIS.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French, German, or Italian.
- Demonstrated experience with applied AI tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants.
- An experimentation mindset for integrating emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
