HR Ops Specialist

What you will do

• Act as the internal reference for Spanish labor legislation to ensure compliance in payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
• Manage the full payroll cycle, including report generation, communication with agencies, and payment coordination.
• Oversee the full cycle of the Lucca HRIS and lead the payroll digitalization project in Spain.
• Implement and negotiate social benefits and handle supplier relations.
• Manage Occupational Risk Prevention documentation and evaluations in collaboration with external services.
• Analyze workforce data and draft the company's Equality Plan.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as an HR Ops or similar role.
• Degree in labor legislation and hands-on knowledge of Spanish labor law.
• Proven experience in payroll management and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS tools, specifically Lucca or Deel.
