Senior Product Designer (Medtech): Designing and optimizing appointments and payments experiences for a cloud-based clinical system with an accent on complex transactional flows and automated workflows. Location: Hybrid and flexible. Must be based in the UK or have flexibility to work across Europe. Office available in Central London.

Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 package

What you will do

• Lead the design process for Appointments and Payments experiences.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to design sophisticated, automated workflows that handle complex user needs.
• Build strong relationships with users through research programs and on-site visits.
• Transform user insights into compelling narratives that drive product decision-making.
• Take ownership of two design teams and advocate for improved design processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
• 2+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS, specifically in booking, invoicing, or clinical systems.
• Experience designing for complexity and breaking down intricate systems into elegant solutions.
• Proven track record of conducting user observations and on-site visits.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers to deliver features for both mobile and desktop.
• Must be based in the UK or Europe.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Direct experience building French medical software or working on regulated products in France.
• Clinical background or experience.
