What you will do

• Champion exceptional UX solutions across the product suite within the context of customers, business, and market.
• Conduct user testing and interviews to discover unmet needs and drive product innovation.
• Create high-quality design artifacts, including personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Translate complex systems into simple UI concepts using storytelling and rapid prototyping.
• Apply and contribute to the shared design system to ensure visual consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of designers, researchers, writers, and engineering leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX design, preferably focusing on complex B2B SaaS products.
• Expertise in Figma, including experience with variables and auto-layout.
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to solve complex problems via intuitive interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of UX design processes for desktop, mobile, and native apps.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries.
