TL;DR
Lead Product Designer (PropTech): Designing and executing the vision for a product domain within a high-growth PropTech platform with an accent on strategic direction, commercial fluency, and AI integration. Focus on solving complex cross-cutting design problems and setting the craft bar for the entire design organization.
Location: Hybrid (Manchester). Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary: £70k - £90k

What you will do
- Own the design vision and execution for a specific product domain, translating strategic direction into high-impact design work.
- Set the design craft bar through exemplary output, creating reference points for quality within the organization.
- Solve cross-cutting design problems, ensuring coherence across multiple features and surfaces.
- Mentor other designers through critique, pairing, and modelling excellent design practices.
- Strategically integrate AI into both the design workflow and the features shipped to users.
- Drive roadmap conversations as a peer alongside product and engineering counterparts.
Requirements
- Roughly 8+ years of Product/UX Design experience with a track record at senior IC level.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Demonstrated ability to define success metrics upfront and evaluate results post-release.
- Commercial fluency, with the ability to make and defend design trade-offs based on business goals.
- Strong strategic views and practical experience implementing AI in product design.
- Ability to identify high-value opportunities and build a case for them independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS or other complex product environments.
- Previous line management experience.
