What you will do

• Bring Figma libraries to a stable, well-structured, fully documented state.
• Support, update or establish manual processes: contribution flow, deprecation, icon addition, release notes, and support.
• Connect Tempo to Brand, CRM, and Marketing — ensuring coherence beyond the product surface.
• Set up onboarding and ongoing education for contributors (training, office hours, playground files).
• Enable AI-assisted prototyping using clean Tempo components.

Requirements

• 8+ years in design systems, product design, or design engineering.
• Deep Figma expertise — variables, auto-layout, component architecture, library management, Code Connect.
• Experience writing clear, structured component documentation.
• Familiarity with Figma API, webhooks, or automation scripting.
• Ability to understand technical aspects (design tokens, Compose/Swift/React).
• Strong cross-functional communicator — fluent in both design and engineering conversations.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI prototyping or LLM-assisted design workflows is a strong plus.
