What you will do
- Develop paid social creative concepts, hooks, and messaging angles for DTC brands.
- Partner with Paid Media teams to design and execute structured creative testing plans.
- Brief designers and editors on performance-focused concepts and provide strategic feedback.
- Analyze campaign metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS to identify trends and scale winning creative.
- Improve creative testing consistency and document learning loops across client accounts.
- Explore and integrate emerging tools and AI workflows to enhance creative efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy or performance marketing.
- Strong DTC/ecommerce experience is required.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Paid Media teams on testing and optimization.
- Deep understanding of direct-response creative principles and conversion-focused storytelling.
- Experience in organizing ideas, documenting learnings, and improving operational workflows.
- Agency experience is strongly preferred.
