What you will do
- Develop and execute creative strategies for paid social campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Concept hooks, angles, messaging frameworks, and campaign ideas aligned with performance goals.
- Build and manage creative testing roadmaps, including hypotheses, variations, and iteration plans.
- Lead end-to-end creative workflows, from briefing designers and editors to reviewing final outputs.
- Translate performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS) into clear, actionable creative insights.
- Integrate UGC, trends, and platform-native formats across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance content.
- Ecomm/DTC experience is a MUST.
- Proven ability to turn data into clear creative direction and winning concepts.
- Experience across platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and/or Pinterest.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines.
- Curiosity and familiarity with AI tools and evolving creative workflows.
