What you will do
- Lead creative strategy and goal setting aligned with US customer acquisition objectives.
- Translate business and marketing goals into executable strategies for short-form video and static assets on Meta and other channels.
- Establish rapid testing cadence using paid social trends and performance metrics to inform direction.
- Inspire, mentor, and manage the creative team with radical candor, feedback, and experimentation.
- Co-lead regional learning plans, own production roadmaps, and collaborate with Growth and Paid Media teams.
- Manage priorities, deliverables, and resources for high-impact creative output.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in paid social creative trends and performance marketing, using metrics like CTR, LTV, CAC, ROAS.
- Strong ideation, storytelling, and high-quality social media video portfolio.
- Experience with generative AI tools for creative ideation, variation, and production workflows.
- Proven skills in managing projects, deadlines, people, and performance-driven teams.
- Ability to coach on company values and lead by example to improve creative funnels.
