TL;DR

Creative Strategist (UK): Build and deliver a plan to step-change growth marketing creative performance, translating consumer insights and channel learnings into actionable creative direction with an accent on brand impact and commercial results. Focus on auditing current strategy, crafting strategically sharp briefs, leading agency partners, and masterminding testing roadmaps across Meta, YouTube, and offline formats.

Location: Fully remote and UK-based, visit London office at least once a month. Schedule flexibility for early morning calls (typically 7-8am) to collaborate with global teams.

What you will do

  • Build and scale UK creative engine across Meta, YouTube, and offline formats like print for full-funnel effectiveness.
  • Craft strategically sharp briefs defining audience tensions and commercial problems.
  • Lead Meta agency partner with strategic feedback to improve iteration speed and creative quality.
  • Mastermind testing roadmap with hypotheses, learning agendas, and synthesis of results into campaigns.
  • Collaborate on limited editions and global product launches with UK cultural lens.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with bias for action, proactively identifying creative opportunities using qualitative and quantitative signals like hook rates and CTR.
  • Master collaborator and storyteller, translating brand platforms into scalable creative territories and challenging agencies with evidence.
  • Sharp analytical skills to review datasets, identify patterns, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Adaptable to rapid change, self-directed, proactive in setting priorities and flagging blockers.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or Photoshop for quick tweaks.
