What you will do

  • Manage revenue forecasting and the sales design funnel to ensure accurate projections.
  • Design and implement operational dashboards and KPIs to track sales productivity.
  • Analyze resource allocation and pipeline management to support expense targets.
  • Execute complex data analyses on cycle times and conversion ratios for executive summaries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to enhance reporting systems and data integrity.
  • Lead training sessions for internal users on sales operations tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
  • 6+ years of experience as an analyst in the high-technology or semiconductor sector.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to influence strategy and drive change within a sales organization.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior management.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience with Power Query, Power BI, ModelN, Kinaxis, and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management.
