Sales and Marketing Intern, Bachelor's

Location: United States — Santa Clara, California; additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona; Folsom, California; and Hillsboro, Oregon. Hybrid work model with time split between an assigned hirify.global site and off-site work. This position is not available in Colorado.

Salary: $67,498–$67,502 USD annual salary range for US roles; hourly internship role.

What you will do

• Support marketing communications, sales strategy, brand positioning, customer engagement, and business operations.
• Analyze market, customer, campaign, and sales data to identify insights.
• Contribute to programs that connect technology solutions with business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with global partners and cross-functional teams.
• Build experience in communication, business strategy, project management, and data-informed decision-making.
• Explore career paths in sales, account management, partner ecosystems, marketing, events, brand strategy, customer experience, and market insights.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in business, economics, finance, communications, journalism, marketing, digital/social, advertising, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 months of relevant educational, industry, project, internship, student organization, or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, manage projects, think analytically, and contribute in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be available to start in Spring or Summer 2027; year-long internship or co-op interest may also be considered.
• This position is not eligible for employment-based visa or immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience or interest in customer needs analysis, market hirify.globalligence, Power BI or similar data visualization tools, sales enablement, CRM tools, marketing technologies, and product knowledge.
• Interest in industry and engineering concepts, AI, agentic AI, technology, customer impact, and business strategy.
