TL;DR

Salary: CAD $70,000 - $95,000

What you will do

  • Serve as primary Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and SaaS tools across macOS and Windows.
  • Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Okta for user provisioning and offboarding.
  • Manage the physical office environment, including AV setup, meeting room readiness, and vendor coordination.
  • Design and execute onboarding and offboarding workflows to improve the employee experience.
  • Enforce IT access control policies (SSO, MFA) and support security awareness and compliance audits.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, device lifecycle management, and equipment procurement.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or workplace operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, and identity tools like Okta or JumpCloud.
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf or Intune.
  • Strong written communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site).

Nice to have

  • Experience with ticketing platforms like Zendesk or SolarWinds ITSM.
  • Experience supporting distributed or multi-entity organizations.
  • Curiosity about AI productivity tools.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support Certificate.
