Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 a year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for the Toronto office via ticketing systems, messaging, and video tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using standard diagnostic techniques.
- Manage and maintain IT assets including Windows and Apple MacBook laptops, printers, and user accounts.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and Microsoft 365.
- Support and maintain VMware vSphere ESXi 7 environments.
- Collaborate with the Senior Infrastructure Manager on hardware and service procurement for the office.
Requirements
- Relevant university degree, college diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong English communication skills with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model at the Toronto office.
- Physical ability to safely lift and handle equipment between 4–14 kg.
Nice to have
- Experience with asset management and IT procurement.
- Experience supporting VMware vSphere ESXi environments.
- Valid driver’s license.
