Salary: $100,000-$120,000 in local currency

What you will do

• Own and evolve endpoint management for mixed Windows, macOS, and iOS fleet across corporate and clinical environments using MDM platforms like Jumpcloud and Fleet.
• Manage SaaS ecosystem (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian) and identity workflows (Okta SSO, SCIM provisioning).
• Lead platform engineering: design automation, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Partner with Security on endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, patching, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and communicate changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements across Security & IT systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise IT, endpoint management, or infrastructure
• Strong experience with macOS/iOS management and Windows exposure
• Hands-on with MDM (Jumpcloud, Fleet, Jamf or similar)
• Ownership of SaaS platforms at scale
• Knowledge of IAM (Okta, SSO, SCIM), endpoint security, patching, compliance
• Automation experience, troubleshooting, root cause focus, cross-functional communication

• Multi-site environments (clinics, distributed teams)
