Location: Must be based in Ireland

Compensation: €60,000 – €85,000

What you will do

• Maintain and support core IT systems including Google Workspace and JAMF.
• Execute IT onboarding and offboarding, including hardware provisioning and access management.
• Support VPNs, password managers, and endpoint security to ensure device compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily IT issues and troubleshooting.
• Manage hardware and software inventories and administer collaboration tools like Slack and GitHub.
• Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles for IT and end-users.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or technical support.
• Strong proficiency in supporting macOS environments and hardware.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and MDM workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize a daily ticket queue and manage diverse workloads.
• Must be based in Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience with JAMF, BetterCloud, 1Password, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with HRIS automation tools like Rippling.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
