Salary: $72,500 — $85,500 CAD

What you will do

• Administer and maintain enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, and Slack to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Provide daily troubleshooting and user support for application-related incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with integration teams to resolve data flow issues within managed platforms.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, process workflows, and user guides for end users.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and perform data imports/exports to ensure data integrity.
• Support the testing, upgrading, and deployment of application enhancements in coordination with vendors and developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools like PowerShell or JavaScript.
• Experience with integration tools such as Azure Functions or Data Factory.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience administering multiple enterprise applications simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of data flows and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Jira ticketing.
• Knowledge of IT best practices regarding security, data management, and system performance.
