Requirements

• 3+ years managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads
• 3+ years managing media budgets with ROAS/CPA targeting
• 3+ years data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets
• 3+ years in web analytics (Google Analytics preferred)
• A/B testing on ad platforms
• 2+ years client-facing experience
• Google Ads Editor for campaign optimization at scale
• Required digital advertising certifications
• Strong organization for multiple priorities
