Location: Hybrid; must be based in Krakow, Poland (office attendance required 3-5 times per month)

What you will do
- Lead and deliver compensation processes, including planning, job evaluation, and Gender Pay Gap reporting for GBS Poland.
- Design and implement Total Rewards programs and provide TR support for global functions (HR, Legal, Finance).
- Conduct job pricing, evaluations, and provide insights for organizational structural changes.
- Develop business cases and new concepts for Senior Management to ensure alignment with market practices.
- Maintain TR dashboards and report on program usage and spend versus budget.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and recommend annual merit increase plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Total Rewards, preferably within the retail or media industries.
- Expertise in supporting the review and design of reward programs and managing stakeholders up to C-level.
- Experience with annual compensation review cycles, salary surveys, and LTI administration.
- Knowledge of Polish regulatory and compliance topics, including tax legislation and GDPR.
- English: C1 level (excellent oral and written communication) required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer job evaluation methodologies.
- Experience working with HRIS tools, specifically Workday and PayFactors.
