TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (API): Managing and growing critical enterprise relationships for the world's leading API platform with an accent on technical advisory, API lifecycle management, and strategic account growth. Focus on driving enterprise adoption, aligning platform capabilities with business KPIs, and influencing the product roadmap based on strategic customer insights.

Location: London, UK (Onsite - 5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Translate complex business pain points into actionable technical strategies using hirify.global’s product suite.
  • Identify recurring usage patterns and friction points to influence the strategic product roadmap.
  • Drive revenue growth by uncovering new use cases and expansion pathways within strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to define account strategy and measure impact.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles (TAM, Solutions Architect) working with Fortune 500 enterprises.
  • Deep technical knowledge of the end-to-end API lifecycle, including REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI, and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in developing custom scripts or integrations using JavaScript or Python.
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence to align technical value with customer KPIs.
  • Location: Must be based in London and able to work in the office 5 days a week.
