TL;DR

Director of Marketing (SaaS): Leading end-to-end marketing strategy and performance for the Tools portfolio with an accent on pipeline generation, revenue growth, and brand positioning. Focus on optimizing full-funnel growth across SMB and Enterprise segments in both SaaS and on-prem models.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote or Hybrid in Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC; or Reston, VA)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate revenue objectives.
  • Own pipeline creation, closed-won revenue contribution, and customer expansion performance.
  • Architect integrated go-to-market strategies for new product launches and portfolio expansions.
  • Optimize customer journey mapping across complex buying committees and multi-touch sales cycles.
  • Establish a data-driven operating model for marketing performance and lead qualification.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • Expertise in B2B SaaS and hybrid (SaaS + on-prem) environments.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue-impacting strategies at a product line or business unit level.
  • Deep knowledge of recurring revenue models, lifecycle marketing, and enterprise buying motions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience presenting metrics to executive teams and boards.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
