What you will do

• Conduct intake sessions and analyze data using AI-powered analytics to identify trends and learning gaps.
• Design and develop customized training programs aligned with sales methodology, product knowledge, and company vision.
• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions using interactive AI tools and simulations.
• Implement metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and refine learning solutions based on real-time feedback.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to monitor performance metrics and develop data-driven effectiveness strategies.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams post-training using AI tracking tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales enablement or training, preferably in technology or automotive sectors.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, specifically the Challenger Sale model.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement (Outreach), and Enablement platforms (Highspot).
• Track record of leveraging AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in or be able to work in-person in Westlake, TX.
