TL;DR

Dealer Relationship Manager (Fintech): Managing and supporting non-GM franchise dealer relationships to generate contracts and ancillary policies with an accent on B2B sales and relationship growth. Focus on expanding product adoption, analyzing dealer data, and optimizing the sales process.

Location: Must be based in Michigan, US (home-based with 90%+ travel to assigned dealerships)

What you will do

  • Manage assigned dealer relationships to achieve quality and volume objectives.
  • Market AmeriCredit financial products and equip dealers with knowledge to maximize program use.
  • Conduct frequent sales visits, training, and presentations (90%+ travel).
  • Analyze dealer-specific data using Salesforce and Power BI to solve problems and overcome objections.
  • Develop relationships that generate contracts according to credit risk and profitability models.

Requirements

  • Successful B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of consumer lending policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, credit underwriting, or ancillary products.
  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and understanding of responsible AI ethics and data protection.
