Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

Salary: $100,000–$300,000 USD base salary per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of concurrent programs spanning software releases, hardware builds, and customer deployments.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, and operations to keep delivery milestones aligned.
• Identify schedule, technical, and resourcing risks, drive mitigation, and present trade-offs and options to leadership.
• Lead roadmap and quarterly planning with engineering leads, aligning commitments with team capacity.
• Run and refine lightweight Agile-aligned planning, release-readiness, and retrospective processes.
• Build dashboards, run program reviews, and maintain clear program updates, decision memos, post-mortems, plans, dependencies, and decisions using Linear and Notion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience on hardware and/or software products.
• Proven experience shipping physical products end to end in robotics, consumer electronics, aerospace, automotive, or a similar industry, including sustaining releases after launch.
• Experience managing programs across multiple cross-functional teams with external dependencies.
• Experience running programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and cloud services, with sufficient technical depth to challenge estimates and identify integration risks.
• Experience establishing and scaling program management and Agile practices in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Hands-on experience configuring Linear and Notion, or similar tools such as Jira and Confluence, and building dashboards used by leaders.
• Ability to build strong relationships with engineering, product, and executive leaders and drive decisions without direct authority.

• Scripting or automation skills.
• Scrum Master or PMP certification.
