Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Mountain View, United States; willingness to travel to domestic and international customer sites is required.

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end timeline and resource planning for customer programs from scoping through proof-of-concept completion.
• Manage customer communications, regular syncs, status reporting, and coordination with customer executives and plant teams.
• Coordinate Application Engineering, ML, robot software, hardware, product, business, and operations teams across concurrent US and European programs.
• Lead customer-site planning and readiness, including logistics, equipment shipping, and return logistics.
• Identify risks, drive mitigation and escalation, coordinate resources, and capture field feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Build and improve processes, templates, and tools for consistent program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of technical program or project management experience, ideally in robotics, automation, manufacturing, or hardware.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent, customer-facing programs with competing priorities.
• Technical depth to engage credibly with engineers and customers on robotics and automation topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with project management tools.
• Willingness to travel to domestic and international customer sites.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience with industrial deployments, FAT/SAT processes, or equipment logistics.
• Experience in customer success or deployment operations at an early-stage company.
• German language proficiency.
