TL;DR

Project Manager (Capital Markets): Lead end-to-end project delivery across regulatory and business initiatives with an accent on full project lifecycle management, stakeholder liaison, and compliance. Focus on coordinating with front-office teams and technology groups, developing project artifacts, and delivering executive-ready reporting materials.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

Pay Rate: $60/hr – $70/hr (W2 Only)

What you will do

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning and requirements to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Serve as liaison between Capital Markets front-office, business partners, and technology teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, ensure alignment, and provide clear status reporting.
• Support regulatory initiatives with timely delivery and compliance.
• Develop project documentation, reporting, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience, ideally in financial services
• Solid understanding of Capital Markets products
• Experience as liaison between business and technical stakeholders
• Regulatory project experience
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
