TL;DR

Senior Project Manager, Continuous Improvement (Fintech): Owning the lifecycle of continuous improvement projects from scoping to delivery with an accent on diagnosing bottlenecks and implementing data-backed solutions to eliminate waste. Focus on modernizing workflows with AI tools, partnering with BI teams for data analysis, and driving operational efficiency.

Location: Tempe, AZ (hybrid; no H1-B or STEM-OPT visa sponsorship)

What you will do

  • Own full lifecycle of CI projects, executing changes and delivering results.
  • Partner with BI team to pull, analyze data, validate impacts, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage autonomous workload, prioritizing and pivoting based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence to apply LLMs and automation to eliminate manual tasks.
  • Continuously learn new tools and standards, teaching others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related OR 3+ years in Project Management/Continuous Improvement.
  • Entry-level AI fluency to boost productivity and spot process bottlenecks.
  • Comfortable with Excel/BI tools for data handling and requests.
  • Proven ability to quickly master new domains and become subject matter expert.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for presenting to leaders.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Data Science, or Finance.
  • Experience in debt relief or financial services.
  • Hands-on with Tableau, Power BI, or call center analytics.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
