Salary: $125,000 - $142,000

What you will do

• Own forecasting of inbound volume across Care Support, Clinical Operations, and Provider Operations.
• Develop and manage dynamic workforce management models to balance member and provider satisfaction.
• Translate complex analytics into actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and resourcing decisions.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Operations leadership regarding capacity planning and resourcing.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success on cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage the workforce management tooling stack and optimize vendor spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or management consulting.
• Proven experience developing and managing analytical models using tools like Looker, SQL, and Hex.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership to solve complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence decision-making.
• Builder’s mindset with experience establishing frameworks and standards in a scaling environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with workforce management or capacity planning.
• Experience with specialized workforce management software.
