Location: Remote (US), with a preference for being onsite in the NYC office once a week.
Salary: $125,000 - $142,000

What you will do
- Own forecasting of inbound volume across Care Support, Clinical Operations, and Provider Operations.
- Develop and manage dynamic workforce management models to balance member and provider satisfaction.
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and resourcing decisions.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Operations leadership regarding capacity planning and resourcing.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success on cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage the workforce management tooling stack and optimize vendor spend.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or management consulting.
- Proven experience developing and managing analytical models using tools like Looker, SQL, and Hex.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership to solve complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence decision-making.
- Builder’s mindset with experience establishing frameworks and standards in a scaling environment.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience with workforce management or capacity planning.
- Experience with specialized workforce management software.
