Location: Remote (USA). Must pass U.S. Federal Government public trust clearance and operate within the Eastern Time Zone.

Salary: $118,200 - $119,000

What you will do

• Manage the migration of Atlassian tools to Salesforce and maintain the environment with the latest features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical workflows, epics, and user stories.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and business process maps.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined for Agile teams.
• Design and manage Salesforce configurations including custom fields, screens, and permissions.
• Create reports and dashboards to provide insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or pass public trust clearance (requires living in the US for at least 3 of the last 5 years).
• Must be able to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• 7-10 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

• SAFe certification and practical experience.
• Experience building requirements around medical data.
• Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or other healthcare verticals.
