Salary: $62,000 - $98,000 USD

What you will do

• Intake and triage product requests from operations stakeholders and clients.
• Research and identify technical solutions for data errors within the tech stack.
• Collaborate with APMs to build business requirements and specifications for roadmap items.
• Review tickets and identify misintent post-QA to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for high-value product enhancements.
• Partner with the product team to manage backlog and participate in refinement and planning.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an Analyst, Software Engineering, or related role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Github or similar source code repositories.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of the Python programming language.
• Familiarity with the Agile framework or CSPO certification.
