Regional Sales Director (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Regional Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Managing the sales team and sales strategy for the Intelligence Community region and some Department of Defense accounts with an accent on finding the right solutions to protect strategic enterprise customers. Focus on managing the overall sales process, developing pricing policies, and building relationships with key influencers.

Location: Must live in the Reston, VA area.

Salary: The Base Pay Range is $175,000 – $275,000. The On Target Earnings (OTE) Range is $400,000 – $500,000.

What you will do

• Oversee the hiring, development, and management of a sales team.
• Drive and innovate the development of sales strategies with the team.
• Work closely with the team to develop and execute pipeline generation.
• Develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies for customer success.
• Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management.
• Develop relationships with key influencers and stakeholders both internally and externally.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in enterprise software sales (security software preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a people management capacity.
• Experience selling to the C-level of the DoD & IC.
• Proven track record of closing seven-figure transactions.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must possess a US security clearance.
