Client Solutions Director (Cybersecurity)

Location: Fully remote; must reside in Virginia or Maryland. Up to 50% travel is required.

Salary: $157,000–$213,000 annual, with potential eligibility for a variable incentive-based bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Client Solutions resources, including hiring, goal setting, and annual reviews.
• Provide executive-level client engagement and build trusted-advisor relationships.
• Lead pre-sales security advisory processes, coordinate resources, and support demonstrations and security technology evaluations.
• Develop sales, marketing, training, business motions, procedures, and standards for regional growth.
• Partner with sales, internal teams, and vendor partners to align client expectations with the hirify.global solution portfolio.
• Provide cybersecurity thought leadership, industry analysis, and guidance to clients and internal groups.

Requirements

• Must reside in Virginia or Maryland while working remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, building, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% consistently.
• Industry-recognized certifications are preferred.
