What you will do

• Own and manage GTM OpEx budgets and conduct trend analysis to optimize resource allocation across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Lead the annual budgeting process for GTM cost centers and manage headcount tracking/capacity planning.
• Act as the primary finance business partner for GTM leadership, translating data into decision-ready insights.
• Drive the monthly BVA process and hold stakeholders accountable to investment plans and operating targets.
• Perform scenario modeling, efficiency assessments, and investment ROI reviews.
• Utilize Abacum, hirify.global Reporting, and AI agents to streamline forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of financial planning experience with GTM coverage, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Phoenix, US office (Hybrid).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and business planning software (e.g., Abacum).
• Demonstrated AI literacy: Ability to integrate LLMs into daily workflows to automate tasks and improve quality.
• Experience working with cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones.
