TL;DR
GTM Compensation Partner: Supporting the strategy, design, and execution of 's compensation programs with an accent on attracting and retaining highly sought-after talent. Focus on building relationships with executives and HR Business Partners, providing subject matter expertise, and developing scalable processes for compensation decision-making.
Location: New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA. Expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
Salary: $310,000 - $310,000 USD

What you will do
- Support 's overall compensation framework, including salary, variable compensation and equity-based programs.
- Operate as a strategic compensation business partner, building relationships with executives, People Partners, and recruiting.
- Own comp cycle execution end-to-end for your client groups, including market benchmarking review, budget modeling, and manager enablement.
- Provide subject matter expertise and accurately interpret, counsel, communicate, and educate HR Business Partners, managers and leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations, and job evaluations.
- Create compelling data narratives and presentations for leadership, translating complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop scalable processes that enable consistent, high-quality compensation decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in compensation, preferably in a high growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience with sales plan design and implementation.
- Strong collaboration and program management skills.
- Thrive in strategic thinking while also being comfortable with hands-on execution and detailed analysis.
- Exceptional communicator, particularly in writing.
