Location: New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA. Expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $310,000 - $310,000 USD

What you will do

• Support hirify.global's overall compensation framework, including salary, variable compensation and equity-based programs.
• Operate as a strategic compensation business partner, building relationships with executives, People Partners, and recruiting.
• Own comp cycle execution end-to-end for your client groups, including market benchmarking review, budget modeling, and manager enablement.
• Provide subject matter expertise and accurately interpret, counsel, communicate, and educate HR Business Partners, managers and leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations, and job evaluations.
• Create compelling data narratives and presentations for leadership, translating complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally to develop scalable processes that enable consistent, high-quality compensation decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in compensation, preferably in a high growth environment.
• Demonstrated experience with sales plan design and implementation.
• Strong collaboration and program management skills.
• Thrive in strategic thinking while also being comfortable with hands-on execution and detailed analysis.
• Exceptional communicator, particularly in writing.
