What you will do
- Set and evolve the global Total Rewards strategy across compensation, equity, and benefits.
- Own global compensation governance, including job architecture, leveling, salary bands, and equity guidelines.
- Run semi-annual compensation cycles end-to-end, including budgeting and calibration.
- Scale benefits and mobility programs internationally (Japan, UK, Germany, and beyond).
- Advise the C-suite and the Board on executive compensation and Compensation Committee matters.
- Manage compensation systems and data using tools like Pave, Compa, and Carta.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies, ideally scaling from pre-IPO to post-IPO.
- Deep expertise in designing job architecture, market positioning, and equity programs.
- Proven track record of building and leading Total Rewards organizations and systems at scale.
- Strong international experience managing programs across multiple regulatory environments.
- High financial acumen with experience owning large budgets and building multi-year compensation models.
- Must be based in the US within commuting distance of SF, NY, LA, or Seattle.
