What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of commercial customer accounts across the Americas region.
- Identify, qualify, and drive expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans including stakeholder mapping and whitespace analysis.
- Lead customer discovery and deliver tailored product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure renewal success.
- Lead renewal and expansion negotiations aligned with commercial objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or quota-carrying SaaS roles.
- Proven track record of driving expansion within existing accounts.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to run discovery.
- Experience engaging with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and structured account planning.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting commercial or mid-market customers.
- Familiarity with DevOps, cybersecurity, or open-source software.
- Experience navigating complex buying processes involving IT and procurement.
