What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial customer accounts across the Americas region.
  • Identify, qualify, and drive expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans including stakeholder mapping and whitespace analysis.
  • Lead customer discovery and deliver tailored product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure renewal success.
  • Lead renewal and expansion negotiations aligned with commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or quota-carrying SaaS roles.
  • Proven track record of driving expansion within existing accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to run discovery.
  • Experience engaging with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and structured account planning.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting commercial or mid-market customers.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, cybersecurity, or open-source software.
  • Experience navigating complex buying processes involving IT and procurement.
