What you will do
- Manage existing client portfolio valued at ~$2M, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and growth through upselling/cross-selling.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like CHROs, conducting regular business reviews and account planning.
- Monitor client adoption, usage, and health scores; identify risks and recommend best practices.
- Act as trusted advisor, educating clients on data models, value proposition, and translating insights into business recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and sales for implementation, support, and product evolution.
- Track sales performance, report on metrics, and stay informed on industry trends.
Requirements
- 6+ years in enterprise account management, business development, or consultative sales in B2B/SaaS.
- Proven track record with complex deals ($500K–$1M+) for Fortune 1000/multinational clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- Strong understanding of HR/people analytics, talent management, and market trends.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo).
- Bachelor's in Business/Marketing or equivalent; travel <20% required.
