What you will do

• Provide exceptional customer service for family programs, quality care, and Association products.
• Serve as tier 2 support for escalated constituent inquiries regarding professional training and apps.
• Coordinate the central education inbox to triage inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with IT.
• Manage password resets and account merging for various platforms using SSO systems.
• Participate in the product development lifecycle by providing user experience input and conducting product testing.
• Maintain program dashboards, monitor metrics, and prepare reports for leadership and partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Demonstrated experience with constituent or data management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Excel
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
