What you will do
- Handle incoming health-related calls, faxes, mail, and web requests from healthcare professionals.
- Analyze and process authorization requests based on established criteria.
- Liaise with medical consultants and healthcare professionals to clarify request details.
- Ensure all necessary information is obtained for accurate benefit reimbursement.
- Manage high-pressure situations and time-sensitive cases efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluent bilingualism in English and French (written and verbal).
- Must hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship status in Canada.
- Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years.
- Ability to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to multitask across multiple software applications.
