TL;DR

Market Development Manager (Fintech): Driving market share and gross merchandise value (GMV) growth for lease-to-own solutions with an accent on strategic territory management and retail partner engagement. Location: Must be based in the Seattle, Washington region. This is a territory-based role requiring up to 50% travel.

Salary: $71,000–$76,000 annually + bonus potential.

What you will do

  • Engage retail field leadership to communicate value propositions and align on business objectives.
  • Conduct business reviews to identify growth opportunities and overcome inhibitors.
  • Educate retail teams on products, technology, and lease-to-own solutions.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive channel performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support retail partner locations.
  • Track activities and progress using Salesforce to ensure accountability and goal achievement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant sales and/or channel management experience.
  • Must reside within the Seattle, Washington region.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
