TL;DR

Outside Sales Executive (Fintech): Selling Genius® POS and payment platforms to small and mid-sized merchants with an accent on lead generation, consultative selling, and territory management. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, delivering value-based demos, and expanding the merchant portfolio within the restaurant and retail sectors.

Location: Must live within the geographic area of Denver, Colorado (Hybrid)

Salary: $40,000 (Base) - $100,000+ (OTE)

What you will do

  • Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
  • Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate product value.
  • Collaborate with District Managers to identify new opportunities and close sales within a short cycle.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using Atlas and Salesforce.
  • Upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades.

Requirements

  • Must live within the geographic area of Denver, Colorado.
  • 2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of your time in the field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
