What you will do

• Sell financial products to small-to-midsize retail partners to drive market share.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate KPI results and technology integration value.
• Manage sales pipeline and follow up on retail partner needs effectively.
• Identify and contract new retail partners within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate contractual agreements and maintain long-term partner relationships.
• Provide in-store training and onboarding to ensure partner advocacy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must reside in the state of Florida.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, or account management.
• 3-5 years of experience in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting B2B/B2C.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and have reliable personal transportation for daily travel.
