What you will do

• Manage and assist the Dealer Channel specifically for Heartland POS & Synergy revenue.
• Handle Dealer contracts, quotas, territories, recruitment, and terminations.
• Educate and facilitate policies, procedures, and product advantages to drive revenue growth.
• Assist Dealers with lead generation, answering RFPs/RFIs, and closing POS business.
• Manage relationships with the local Heartland card and payroll community.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Dealer-related escalations.

Requirements

• Mastery of product-specific Dealer-facing documentation, including the Dealer Manual and price lists.
• Extreme attention to detail in communication and mentoring of Dealers and prospects.
• Ability to travel extensively across the US (potentially more than 24 weeks per year).
