TL;DR

Account Manager (Federal): Manage expansions and renewals within existing Federal accounts with an accent on upsell/cross-sell opportunities, risk mitigation, and value realization. Focus on leading customer engagements, partnering with Account Executives on complex deals, and maintaining CRM hygiene for territory execution.

Location: United States. Must be U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Salary: $127,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead expansions within existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities through customer engagement and usage insights.
  • Partner with Account Executives on larger, strategic, or complex expansions.
  • Own renewals requiring active engagement, risk mitigation, and expansion discovery.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships by realizing hirify.global value and supporting business cases for renewals.
  • Engage with Federal System Integrators and partner-led opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and share insights to enable territory execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in sales, account management, renewal management, or commercial closing roles.
  • Proven ability to run multiple sales cycles in parallel.
  • Strong discovery, communication, and deal execution skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • U.S. citizen eligible for U.S. government security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into US Federal or regulated environments.
  • Exposure to Federal procurement or partner-led sales motions.
  • SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience.
