What you will do

• Act as the primary representative for customers' organizations to build relationships in local, regional, and national markets.
• Manage and resolve customer concerns while tracking interactions according to corporate procedures.
• Sell technical products and services, providing training on specifications and program requirements.
• Develop strategies to increase savings acquisition and prepare sales forecasts.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions based on product and customer specifications.
• Maintain current accounts and develop new ones to meet kWh goals for complex and moderate-risk accounts.

Requirements

• Must reside in Michigan.
• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry certifications may substitute for experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel throughout a defined territory.
• Meet all DOT qualification requirements where applicable.
