TL;DR

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

What you will do

  • Define and execute the Legal operations strategy and AI-enabled operating model.
  • Drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI legal technhirify.globalgy and CLM systems.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows using AI and tools like Jira for request intake and reporting.
  • Establish data metrics and build dashboards to demonstrate Legal's impact on the business.
  • Develop SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge systems in Confluence to enable self-service.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, and Sales to integrate legal tools into the company ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in legal operations, preferably in-house or within high-growth tech environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI for prompt design, workflow automation, and output evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI-enabled workflows or legal technhirify.globalgy with measurable impact.
  • Strong data literacy and experience building operational performance dashboards.
  • Proficiency with contract management tools (CLM), Salesforce, and Snowflake.
