What you will do

  • Lead a team of Tax and Payroll specialists, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing client communications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payrolls.
  • Manage tax software implementation and ensure all tax payments and returns are filed accurately and on time.
  • Audit and reconcile time and attendance data, resolving discrepancies via email or phone.
  • Implement operational improvements and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate on sales support activities and ensure the team is adequately trained on processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and tax-specific functions.
  • Expertise in Federal, Multi-State, Local Withholding, and Unemployment Tax forms and filings.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and work as a self-directed, independent professional.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Payroll.
