What you will do

  • Own the technical relationship and outcomes for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Identify, manage, and drive resolution of critical technical issues and escalations.
  • Perform environment assessments, architecture reviews, and operational readiness checks.
  • Plan and guide lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, and capacity planning.
  • Monitor customer environments to identify trends, emerging issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • Represent the company in recurring operational check-ins, incident reviews, and QBRs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technical support, SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge in at least three areas: Linux, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Virtualization, Networking, or Storage.
  • Strong account management and project management skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as necessary.
  • 24x7 availability for after-hours on-call support for critical issues.

Nice to have

  • Industry certifications such as CKA/CKAD, RHCE, CCNA/CCNP, or cloud provider certifications.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Familiarity with observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
